    Photo number 3 is the most shocking!!

    How does the tattoo person, peel the skin? Wih a scapel?

    Just how is this classified as far as sanitation, and gettting a license to that to people?

    I imagine you must have waivers, but really people are such ASS#$# these days, aren't you afarind of getting sued, at some point?
